Recent Project Developments

Royal Wharf Phase 3 got underway in early February and is now full steam ahead on this FastTrack £16 million-pound project.

We have secured a JCT Major Projects Subcontract with Brookfield Multiplex – Royal Albert Dock.

We continue our success at Kings Cross with more infrastructure packages under way and negotiations for other large packages for this year are well advanced.

The race is on for Cross Rail opening in 2018 and the workload for the Western Station Upgrades teams is ever increasing.

Another for Readie in Chelmsford, Clock Tower Retail Park is underway. This £3million project is for groundworks and external works.

The projects we delivered in 2016 were; Royal Wharf, Langley Park Hotel, Chase Farm Hospital, New Covent Garden Market, Old Oak Common, Finsbury Park, Kings
Cross Infrastructure, Sunningdale Station Extension, Wimbledon Depot Stores Extension, Crossrail West Outer/Inner Stations, Lee Bridge Station.

Looking Ahead in 2017 we are looking to secure new projects and packages in civils and rail and these cover; Royal Albert Dock, Cross Development, Reading 10 Car-
Wimbledon Depot and Substation Programme, Crossrail West Stations, Finsbury Park, Embankment Stabilisation Works and WAMEL Project.
